Offence: "On 24th Oct. last between 11 and 12 o'clock was in an enclosed yard at Arlesey in the occupation of Joseph Bennett with unlawful intent" Committed to trial by S B Edwards Esq and Rev R Smith on 12 Nov 1850, summarily convicted to 28 days hard labour at Bedford New House of Correction. Discharged 7 Dec 1850 Description 5 feet 7 inches, black hair, hazel eyes, sallow complexion, long face, rather full eyes and long features. .
