Thomas Horspoole was baptised on 17 Mar 1570/1571 at All Hallows, Lombard Street, London[1].

In the Visitation of London in 1568, Thomas was recorded as the son of Simon Horspoole, gentleman, citizen and Draper of London, and Elizabeth the daughter of John Smith of Cossam (Corsham, WIltshire)[2][3].

He was buried on 22 Nov 1578 at All Hallows, Lombard Street, London[4].
