Notes about Anne NEVILLE

Anne Neville was the daughter of Thomas Neville of Cotterstock and Cottingham, Northamptonshire and Alice Wauton. She married, sometime after the death of his first wife in 1526 but not before 1533, Sir John St. John of Bletsoe, Bedfordshire (c.1498-December 19, 1558). Before their marriage, however, she bore Sir John five illegitimate children, one son (Charles) and four daughters, including Jane, Mary, and Cressett (d.1571). Sir John left a will written April 6, 1558 and proved February 27, 1559, naming Anne one of his executors. She was to have half of his plate.
