Thomas Barham was born at Snape and baptised on 19 July 1666 in Wadhurst, Sussex. He was the son of David Barham (1629-1695) and Ann (?-1689). At the baptism of his daughter Mary in 1703 he was described as a sadler. He may have been buried on 29 November 1745 in Wadhurst, but this burial may have been of his son. At the baptisms of his first 2 children, he was described as Mr. Thomas Barham.
