1663 known as Michael Turner Junior LAST WILL & TESTAMENT Michael Turner 1721 134HW39 IN the name of God Amen I Michael Turner the Elder of Pirton in the County of Hertford Weaver being of sound and perfict Mind and Memory do make and ordaine this my present last Will and Testament in Manner and form following (that is to say) Impremis I give and devise unto My daughter Mary Turner all those my two Half Acres and One Rood and half of customary Arrable land (more or less) with the Appurtances lying and being in the Common Field of Pirton aforesaid and holdin of the Mannor Pirton Doddersells by Coppy of Court Roll and also all other my copyhold lands & Hereditants with the appurtances holden of the mannor afforsaid to hold the said Land and premises with the appurtances Unto my said Daughter Mary Turner to her heirs and assignes for ever of all which premises I have made a surrender to the use of this my will.
