Guardian for Thomas Dennys son of Elizabeth Dennys deceased, one of the daughters of William Lufyn deceased. 2) Daniel Clarke of Upper Gravenhurst, yeoman, guardian of Thomas Clarke, son of Joan Clarke deceased another daughter of William Luffyn. 3) Humphrey Rolte of Shefford, yeoman and wife Prudence, another daughter of William Luffyn.

- A messuage, a cottage, 4 acres land in Upper Gravenhurst held of the manor of Upper Gravenhurst alias Tuelsbury, to which the foregoing as joint heirs of William Luffyn were admitted at the court baron of the dowager countess of Kent on 14 April 1656. Thomas Dennys junior shall have ‘an entrye, a hall howse, 2 chambers, a milkhowse, a buttery, 2 lofts, a barne…a little leanetoe’ and part of the yard, orchard and close. Humphrey and Prudence Rolte are to have 2 barns and part of the close. Thomas Clarke shall have the messuage in which Daniel Clarke lives, and yard adjoining the churchyard; 1 acre in West field abutting South on the common highway, East & West on the land of William Hanscombe; ½ acre in the same; 2r in Church field.
