Notes about Henry STAFFORD

He is believed to have been the person who suggested the murder of the two Princes in the Tower. He married Catherine Woodville, sister of Edward IV's queen, but after Edward's death he supported the claims of Edward's brother Richard to the throne and opposed those of Edward's son, the 13-year old Edward VI. Edward and his brother were imprisoned in the Tower of London and put to death.
