1691, Oct. 12. He and his wife having had a difference, he gave notice to all persons not to buy or sell or have any trading with her, upon their peril. He had sometime before been "over persuaded" to sign an instrument concerning the ordering of his estate wherein it is by some conceded that the power of disposition of the estate lies in my said wife.
1693, Jan. 20. Rehoboth. He and wife Hannah, sold to Thomas Mann, the housing, barn, and farm they had sometime lived on in Providence, with orchard, meadow, &c.
