Overgenomen uit 22 wordt inventaris opgemaakt van het sterfhuis van wijlen Popke Boeijes, "int gemeen staende tuschen Thomaske Jansdr., zijn weduwe en zijn drie kinderen bij gemeld Thomaske, op welke drie kinderen hij zijn goederen vererft". De scheidingsakte wordt opgemaakt ten verzoeke van Lyuue Boijes, wonende te Kooten, als oom en geauthoriseerde curator. De kinderen zijn Boeije Popkes int 12e jaar, Jan Popkes 8 jaar en Mayke Popkes 5 jaar. Het sterfhuis staat in het nabijgelegen Surhuisterveen, "bij Popke metter doot ontruimet en althans bij de weduwe bewoont en gebruikt, staende aen het diep op een huirde plaets". Bij het sterfhuis bezit Popcke nog een akker land met "een stal uitgesaide roggebou". Op 31-10-1625 ondertekent Lyuue Boeijes met zijn handmerk.
