Erschenen in desen Ed. Gerigte Aaltjen Jans Post, weduwe van Jan Lens, in desen geassisteert met Peter Jans Rook als haaren gecosen momber, te kennen gevende dat van sins was haar te verandersaten en in een darde egt te treden en derhalve verpligt was haare twee on mondige kinderen met namen Geert en Willem Lens voor vaders goed behoorlijk bewijs en erfuiting te doen, gelijk zij dan nae ondekkinge van haeren ganschen staad aan Hendrik Lens en Meijndert Jans Post, broeders van haer overleden manen van haar comparente, bewesen heeft gelijk zij dat mits desen te samen een somma van 425 guldens, een paar gouden hemds cnopen van drie ducaten, een paar silveren broeks cnopen en een paar silveren schoengespen, mitsgaders alle tot het lijf toebehoren van haar overleden man in gevolge specificque memorie in den gerigte vertoont en met exhibitum hujus betekent alsnamelijk

1 bruinen bargien rok etc.

Waarentegen sij comparante sal hebben en behouden alle overige goederen en lasten des boedels, niets uigesondert etc
