De kunstenares Gis`èle Waterschoot van der Gracht geboren in 1912, vervaardigde in 1945 en 1950 alle gebrandschilderde ramen van de kapel.
In 1945 kreeg ze opdracht de ramen aan de rechterzijde van de kapel aan de kant NZ. Voorburgwal te voorzien van gebrandschilderd glas.
Zij tonen ons links Thomas a Kempis (1380-1471) voor zijn geschrift "De Navolging van Christus" en Joost van den Vondel voor zijn "Altaargeheimenissen" en rechts Daniel Aerendonck een van de zes "Martelaren van Alkmaar" die op 24 juni 1572 door Diederick Sonoy werden omgebracht en Leonardus Vechel, een der negentien "Martelaren van Gorcum" die op 9 juli 1572 door de Geuzen bij Brielle in een schuur werden opgehangenen in 1867 door de Paus heilig werden verklaard.
Aan de zijde van het Hof maakte Gisèle vier vensters.
Het linker bevat de kapel ter Heilige Stede die in 1347 gebouwd werd op de plek van het Wonder en welke helaas werd afgebroken in 1909.
Het tweede venster bevat het bezoek van Maximiliaan van Oostenrijk aan de Heilige Stede in 1484 en de bezoeken van andere grote vorsten, zoals Philips de Schone en Maria van Bourgondie.
Het derde venster toont het ingrijpen van de vrouwen van het Sacrementsgilde toen er sprake was van het bouwen van het Wolhuis pal naast de kapel in 1531 op volgens de vrouwen gewijde grond.
Het vierde venster toont de restauratie in 1950 en laat ons de toenmalige deken van Amsterdam Mgr. Van den Burg zien met zijn kapelaan en zijn koster. Ook staat op dit raam de glazenierster zelf afgebeeld met een der vensters onder haar arm.
Als Typologie zijn in de vier bovenste delen der vensters onderwerpen uit het Nieuwe Testament uitgevoerd.
Zij heeft na een studie en latere samenwerking met de glazenier Nicolai nog veel meer gebrandschilderde ramen ontworpen, waaronder: In De Krijtberg op het Singel in 1945 en 1946 de twee ramen boven de ingang.
