Willemtgen Heyndriks (1557-1639) was eigenaar van het Houten Huys en zij gaf veelvuldig steekpenningen aan de diverse Schouten om een oogje dicht te doen om tijdens de vervolging hun geloof in ere te houden in het Houten Huys.
Zij heeft veel ondersteuning gegeven aan arme desolate mensen en met meerderen heeft zij zieken bijgestaan.
Zij was een dochter uit een gezin met 7 broers en zusters. Vader Heyndrik Mertense (Maartenszoon) Smit en de moeder Gerritge Jacobs.
