This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Olney of 1 Bush Causeway Cottages East Finchley in the County of Middlesex Spinster I appoint John Vaughan Irons of 112 Blackfriars Road London in the County of Surrey Trustee and Executor hereof I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my said trustee upon trust and I declare that my said trustee shall by and out of the money which I shall be possessed pay my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I hereby exonerate my trustee under this my Will from losses occurring without his own wilful default and authorise him to retain and allow all expenses incidental to the trusteeship under this my Will I desire out of my moneys that an annuity of twelve pounds per annum be paid to Mary Olney of Hexton Widow of William Olney Blacksmith during her life free from legacy duty and I direct that the said annuity be paid to the said Mary Olney by equal half yearly instalments the first half yearly payment thereof to be made on the day six months after my decease In case an allowance which is at present being given by Miss Young to the above Mary Olney should be discontinued by that lady I hereby increase the annuity to the said Mary Olney by an additional six pounds per annum On the death of the aforesaid Mary Olney I desire that the whole of my real and personal estate of every description be equally divided amongst the following who may be alive at the time of the distribution namely Arthur Olney Mary Ann West Albert Olney Fanny Olney children of Thomas Olney Arabella Davies Valentine Edward Olney children of Betsey Olney Arthur Ward George Ward Fanny Ward Harry Ward children of Martha Ward In the case of Arthur Ward aforesaid who borrowed five pounds of me I desire that amount be deducted out of his share in the distribution And I hereby revoke all previous Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this writing to be my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I hereunto set my hand 21st twenty first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight - Mary Ann Olney - signed by the said Mary Ann Olney in the presence of us who in her presence and the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses - Mary Irons 1 East End Finchley - Edward Irons 1 East End Finchley.
