August 30th 1819 Archdeaconry of St Albans The 1st day of September 1819 on which day appeared personally Frances Irons of the Parish of Hexton in the County of Hertford and within the said Archdeaconry and alledged and made Oath that she is in widow relief and next of kin of John Irons late of the Parish of Hexton and within the said Archdeaconry Shopkeeper and Blacksmith deceased And that the said deceased John Irons died Intestate on or about the twentysixth day of January one thousand eight hundred and eighteen therefore the said Frances Irons prayed that Administration of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of her said late Husband might be granted to her under such security as the law in that case requires And further alledged that such Goods, Chattels and Credits did not amount to the sum of Fifty Pounds to the best of her knowledge and belief.
