Op 19-11-1736 wordt door Alberdina, in aanwezigheid van haar zwager Evert Buytenhuis, over de boedel een inventaris opgemaakt. Zo blijven zij en haar overleden echtgenoot o.a. een huis met erf, in de Smeedestraat. "De Drie Pijlen" genaamd, een hof buiten de Noorderbergpoort te Deventer en een ½ erf en goed in Broekland te bezitten.
Ten onrechte wordt dit goed "Buijtenhuijs" genoemd. Het betreft "de Kluijtenberg" waar schoonzuster Jentjen en haar man Hendrik Bartels Buijtenhuijs op wonen. (Re-ar. Deventer 141 G fol.181)
3) Evert, geboren Apeldoorn 18-12-1698 overleden voor 9-9-1739 trouwt Geertje Jacobs. Hij verkrijgt 19-5-1734 het klein burgerschap der stad Deventer.
4) Jentien, geboren Apeldoorn 30-7-1701.

Zij verkopen -28-1-1736 vijf vierendelen hooiland in Zuidbroek (zie verder onder Hallertak)
