Kruit om "zij testateuren malkander reciproce en zulks de eerst stervende den langstlevenden van hun testateuren tot zijn ofte haar universele erftgenaam te noemen ende te institueeren en dat in alle de goederen, welken de eerst stervende met de dood ontruimen en nalaten zal met volle regten van institutie. Hierin werdt bepaald dat alle akten die in het verleden zijn opgemaakt worden herropen en ieder tot elkaars erfgenamen benoemen.
