Barthold en Thonis Hendricks Buitenhuijs ontvangen een kwart van de erven van Gerrit Hendricks Buitenhuijs. Hij koopt op 5-1-1723 met zijn vrouw huis hof en land op de Beemte. Ze bezitten de helft van Kluijtenberg, en pachten de andere helft van haar familie. Zij koopt op 5-4-1744 als wed. van Barthold een halve molder zaailand op 'den Heuvel' (Beemte).

Hij transporteert delen van het goed Wenum te bewesten op 8-3-1704 aan zijn neef Hendrick Hessels Buitenhuis. Hij verkoopt op 23-7-1735 vijf vierendelen hooiland op de Beemte.
