Biografie


Hinke Jans Scholte werkte als dienstertje op de Stania State bij Theodorus Looxma en kreeg 3 kinderen bij hem. Theodorus Looxma was een zeer rijke man die zijn fortuin had vergaard in de olieslagerij. Hij woonde samen met zijn vrouw, Berendina Johanna Willinge, op het slot Staniastate in Oenkerk waar Hinke Jans Scholte als dienstertje werkte. Naar het waarom kunnen we alleen maar raden maar Looxma kreeg een buitenechtelijke relatie met Hinke. Uit deze relatie zijn in de loop der jaren drie kinderen geboren waarvan Steven er een was. Hoewel Theodorus Looxma de drie kinderen nooit officieel erkend heeft was het in die tijd een 'publiek' geheim dat hij de vader was van de kinderen.
