       RAL-LvO 1762, 224r: Op 21 mei 1767 leende Joannes Hermens, gehuwd met Anna Catharina Meis, 100 gulden tegen 4 1/2% van pastoor Habets, welk geld afkomstig was uit een fundatie van Nicolaes a Campo. Tot onderpand diende anderhalve morgen akkerland op de Houwenasterweg onder Nuth, grenzend aan Joannes Drummen, Paulus Leunissen en de weg. En omdat het land belast was met een lening van 600 gulden, nu tot laste van Willem Kleintjens, stelde dezelfde Kleintjens tot borg 115 kleine roeden akkerland in het Nierhovenerveld onder Nuth, grenzend aan Henric van Loo, Peter Daemen, de domeinen en de hof Leeuw.
