     Getuigen: Stephanus Canisius en Joannes Cortten

    RHCL-LvO 1756, 163r: Op 18 augustus 1701 regelden de kinderen van Servaes Hamers een schuld. Willem Hamers, Jan Hamers en Paulus Meijs, gehuwd met Catharina Hamers, verklaarde dat zij aan hun zuster Judith Haemers, gehuwd met Wilhelmus Gruijters en wonend te Stockem, 700 gulden schuldig waren. Zij wilden hun zuster genoegdoening geven door haar vooraf uit de nagelaten goederen van hun overleden ouders de volgende onroerende goederen over te dragen:

    a) een morgen weiland te Grijzegrubben onder Nuth, grenzend aan Peter Cremers, Melser Drummen en de dorpstraat;

    b) een moestuin [geen maten gegeven] nabij voornoemde weide, grenzend aan het voetpad en de erfgenamen Vaes Limpens;
    c) ca. drie morgen akkerland "aen de watercuijll", grenzend aan Vaes Vroemen, Matthis Hautvast en de wijenweg;
    d) 64 tot 65 kleine roeden akkerland, grenzend aan Matthis Hautvast, Paulus Meijs en de erfgenamen Servaes Haemers.

    RHCL-LvO 1756, 163v: Eveneens op 18 augustus 1701 verkochten Judith Hamers, Jan Hamers en Paulus Meijs, erfgenamen Servaes Hamers, aan hun (schoon)broer Willem Haemers, gehuwd met Jenne Trijbels, het huis zoals door hun vader aan hun vieren nagelaten, met bijgebouwen en inboedel, huisweide en daarbij 14,5 kleine roeden moestuin, grenzend aan Paulus Goossens en Jan Limpens. De koopsom van 1000 gulden zou betaald worden door het overnemen van schulden. Judith en Jan Hamers gaven hun broer Willem elk nog 25 gulden. Voorwaarde was wel dat Willem rekenschap zou geven over de uit te geven gelden.
