Belending oost A94, zuid het schoolglop of V205 (1754: V203), west het rechthuis V234b en noord de Hereweg of Voorstraat (1627: Noorderstraat).

1755-06-10/ 2065 fol.213: Kwijtschelding van de helft in huis oost ven het raadhuys, door schout Jan Molenbeek getrouwd met Maartje Planteyt, Sijmon en Jan Planteyt, beide te Egmond aan Zee mede voor Aerjen Schoof getrouwd met Geertje Planteyt te Alkmaar, samen voor 4/6 part erfgenamen van hun moeder Haasje Sijmons weduwe Jacobus Planteyt en voor 2/6 als voogden over de minderjarige erfgenamen, aan Aerjen Planteyt, schepen; betaald met f 120,-.
In de boedelstaat (2070-16) van Haasje Sijmonsdr, overleden Egmond aan Zee 9 nov.1754 wordt vermeld dat de wederhelft van dit huis behoort aan de erven Teunis Planteyt. Verder behoren tot de boedel een huis te Egmond aan Zee A116, Egmond Binnen kad. C129 en B263; een kwart in 24 erfpachtstuinen buiten de Kennemerpoort aan de mennoniste Houten op Ropjeskuil (Alkmaar); drie obligaties; een vissersschuit met stuurman Gerrit Bek, en de helft in schuit met stuurman Stoffel Heyndrix (wederhelft van Arie Schoof).
De boedelscheiding in 1755 (2070-30) omvat 15 pagina's en noemt als minderjarige erfgenamen twee kinderen van wijlen Rachel Planteyt (bij Dirk Huybertsz van der Hart) en twee kinderen van wijlen Lijsbeth Planteyt bij Arie Graafsant.

Aanvankelijk samen met A171 (schuur), belend noord de Hereweg (en verder nog onbebouwd?).

1745-03-01/ 2065 fol.38v: Haasje Sijmonsdr, oost van A114-115.

1750-05-03/ 2065 fol.137: Kwijtschelding van de helft (of althans een deel) van huis noordzijde Hereweg, te verdelen voor schout en schepenen, door Haasje Sijmons weduwe en boedelhoudster van Jacobus Planteyt, aan haar zoon Sijmon Planteyt; prijs f 300,-.
