Iemand heeft bij het Centraal Bureau voor Genealogie de huw. inschrijving gelezen van:
Jan Fockes en Sibbeltje Eeuwes uit 22 februari 1738 te Ureterp (gemeente Opsterland).
De inschrijving wijkt qua handschrift af van de normale trouwinschrijvingen.
Vermeld staat: Volgens de man zeggen en dan volgt de inschrijving van het huwelijk.
Dit zou kunnen betekenen dat jaren later de inschrijving alsnog is opgevoerd en misschien heeft de inschrijver zich vergist met het jaartal?

De huwelijksdatum is dus onzeker.
