Notes about Julia Maria Theresia Joanna Dirkx

Voor haar aandeel in de nalatenschap van haar ouders en zus Anneke: zie de aantekening aldaar. Op 1 april 1941 diende zij nog een vordering in bij het "Nederlandsch Clearinginstituut" in Den Haag tot betaling van 355 Reichsmark (omgerekend "837,30 Belga's"). Dit betrof de "vereffening aandeel van spaarboekje No. 1.204.056 reeks T., nalatenschap cab wijlen Louis Dirkx". Ik neem aan dat hier een fout is begaan: �f het betreft Louis Antonis (hetgeen het meest waarschijnlijk is, omdat Julia zijn weduwe is), �f het betreft Leon Dirkx, haar vader.

Overigens ontving Julia na het overlijden van haar man Louis met ingang van 1 december 1938 (waarom pas zo laat?) een "weduwenrente" van de "Algemeene Spaar- en Lijfrentekas". Deze bedroeg driemaandelijks BF 36,75. Deze bl��f zij ontvangen ook na haar tweede huwelijk in 1939. Wel moest ze, toen ze in Nederland woonde, elke drie maanden een "Levensbewijs" invullen om de rente te kunnen ontvangen. Na de bezettingstijd ontving Julia een schrijven van 14 december 1945, waarin haar te kennen werd gegeven "dat aangezien het betalingsverkeer tusschen Nederland en Belgi� weer mogelijk is" de vervallen termijnen weer "zonder tusschenkomst der Rijksverzekeringsbank te Amsterdam" zullen worden betaald.

Van haar zijn twee bankboekjes bewaard gebleven over de jaren 1943-1965 en 1947-1968.
