De oudste dochter (en zus van Dirk 1901) Johanna Susanna Wilhelmina (1898) woonde ook op de Jan ter Gouwweg maar op een hoger nummer.

Een verre neef (Hendricus Josephus Maria Dijst (1914), oom van auteur) gaat in 1951 ook wonen in de Jan ter Gouwweg 62 te Naarden. Men heeft elkaar niet gekend. Later komt deze te wonen op nummer 76.
