Wij BURGEMEESTER van OOSTSTELLINGWERF certificeeren bij deze ook op getuigenis van Bauke Bijl, van beroep klerk en Jan Jansen, van beroep klerk van Competenten ouderdom bij ons bekend, als geloofwaardige ingezetenen dezer gemeente die dit Certificaat mede hebben ondergeteekend, dat Karst Jacobs Herder en Cornelia Bruins Bruinsma, beide van arbeidersbedrijf te Appelscha onvermogend zijn tot het betalen der kosten van alle zoodanige stukken en bescheiden als benoodigd zullen zijn tot het aangaan van een door hun voorgenomen huwelijk en zij mitsdien geregtigd zijn tot de voorregten en vrijstellingen bedoeld bij art. 27 letter A No.10, der wet van den 3 October 1843 (Staatsblad No. 47).
Afgegeven om te strekken naar behooren.

De COMMISSARIS DES KONINGS in de provincie Friesland verklaart, dat Karst Jakobs Herder, geboren te Appelscha den 26 September 1844, wonende te Appelscha, van beroep zonder, zoon van Jacob Pieters en van Sjoukjen Karstes Bruinsma, wonende te Appelscha, in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeente Ooststellingwerf van het jaar 1863 voor de ligting van het jaar 1864 is ingeschreven, dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen No.4, en dat hij vervolgens door den militieraad uit hoofde van broederdienst van de dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te Leeuwarden, den 27 Januarij 1869.
