De COMMISSARIS DES KONINGS in de Provincie DRENTHE verklaart: dat Barteld Gort, geboren te Ruinen den 7 mei 1824, van beroep boerenknecht, zoon van Jan Bartelds (overleden) en van Klaasjen Roelofs, van beroep arbeidster, wonende te Hoogeveen, binnen de gemeente van Ruinerwold voor de Nationale Militie is ingeschreven, dat aan hem vervolgens bij de loting is ten deele gevallen het nommer 18 (-1843-) hetwelk tot heden niet opgeroepen zijnde, hem tot geene dienst heeft verpligt, echter deszelfs Nummer heeft verwisseld met Hendrik Jans van Dijk van dezelfde ligting en gemeente Ruinerwold, die bekomen had nr. 9 en daarop is ingedeeld bij het 3e Regem. artillerie en den 10 Julij 1848 behoorlijk gepasporteerd.
