De wederzijdse ouders waren aanwezig en gaven hun toestemming tot het huwelijk.

DE COMMISSARIS DES KONINGS IN DE PROVINCIE GELDERLAND verklaart, dat Bernardus Johannes Berendsen, geboren te Rheden den 1 Augustus 1856, wonende te Enschede, van beroep tuinman, zoon van Willem en van Johanna Geertruida Colewij, beiden wonende te Velp, in het inschrijvings-register van de gemente Rheden van het jaar 1875, voor de ligting van het jaar 1876, is ingeschreven; en dat hem vervolgens bij de loting is ten deel gevallen Nr. 98; dat, buiten oproeping gebleven zijnde, hem tot geen dienst heeft verpligt.
Gegeven te ARNHEM, den 21 Julij 1882.
