Heden den 20 sten Februarij 1869 verscheen Jacobus Jansen, 48 jaar, fabrieksarbeider, wonende in deze Gemeente, welke ons verklaarde, dat op den 20 sten dag der maand Februarij dezes jaars des morgens ten 05.00 ure, binnen deze gemeente in het huis Wijk B No.271 is geboren een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht uit hem declarant en zijne Huisvrouw Maria Cornelia Johanna van Verseveld, oud 49 jaar, zonder beroep, wonende alhier, aan welk kind de comparant verklaart dat gegeven wordt de voornaam van Hendrka.
De getuigen waren; Johannes Jan van Verseveld, 44 jaar, en Adriaan Blankenstein, mede oud 44 jaar, beide fabriekarbeiders en wonende in deze gemeente.(Veenedaal))
