      Dewelke ons verklaarde, dat op den 2 den dag der maand December dezes jaars des nachts ten 00.30 ure, binnen deze Gemeente in het huis Wijk A-No 299 is geboren een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht uit hem de declaran en zijne huisvrouw Trijntje Blom, zonder beroep, wonende alhier aan welk kind gegeven wordt de voornaam van Jacoba.

      De getuigen waren: Pouwel Schoenmaker, 49 jaar, gemeenteveldwachter wonende te Veenendaal en Teunis van de Pol, 24 jaar, Fabrieksarbeider wonende te Veenendaal.
