ဘBepမ. Verblijft te Hattem wanneer zij haar LO-akte Frans haalt in augustus 1906. Zij is daar privé-onderwijzeres bij een welgestelde familie. Precies twee jaar eerder had zij al haar diploma Duits LO gehaald in Den Haag. Volgens haar neef Fried heeft zij de meeste intellectuele bagage van de zusters. Als zij in 1914 haar broer Winne gaat bezoeken op Hawaii, is zij 5 feet 7 inches lang (1,74 meter) en heeft ze bruingrijs haar. Ook in de 20မer jaren moet zij er nog geweest zijn, want haar neef Fried herinnert zich haar nog vaag. In elk geval staat zij bij het overlijden van haar moeder in februari 1919 in de rouwadvertentie vermeld als verblijvend in Hilo, Hawaii.

Volgens Fried heeft zij haar broer Wim (·ÄôWinne·Äô) voorgesteld aan diens latere vrouw ·ÄôNonne·Äô, haar naamgenote Huberta Schuyten. Vlak na WO II bezoekt Bep samen met haar zuster Tine (·ÄôZus·Äô) haar Amerikaanse neven en nichten nogmaals. De vrijsters zijn dan ·Äôthin as rails·Äô ten gevolge van de hongerwinter en het voedselrantsoen dat daarop volgde.
