Question/answer » I paid for a Plus subscription but it doesn't work?

Thank you for taking out an annual subscription!

Be aware that Coret Genealogy offers various products to which you can take out an annual subscription. These are separate products, each with a set of additional options compared to the free Trial subscription of this product. If you have a subscription to one product, you do not automatically have a subscription to the other products.

Example: if you have an Open Archives Plus subscription, you cannot enter an unlimited number of surnames in the Who (re)searches whom? register on the Family Tree Forum, you cannot post multiple publications on Genealogy Online.

You can find out what each of the products entails on the Subscription page of the relevant website:

Which subscription(s) you have and how long it lasts can be found on the Profile page of the relevant website, including the profile page on Open Archives and the profile page on Genealogy Online.

If you have taken out an annual subscription to one or more products and the website says that you have a Trial subscription, select "Log out" in the menu at the top right and then "Log in" again. If this does not have the desired result, please contact us.

If you have taken out a subscription, you should also have received a payment confirmation by e-mail (with attached PDF file). This contains both the order number and your customer number, it is useful to mention these numbers in communication with Coret Genealogy.
