28/11/2008: RAL-LvO 7078, 185r: Op 4 maart 1595 verkocht Jan Partuijns, burger van Maastricht en gehuwd met Heijlke, dochter van wijlen Wolter Kruijtsloeters, aan Kersten Crijns, gehuwd met Catharina, de dochter van wijlen Herman Tummers, een halve bunder en elf kleine roeden akkerland "op de camp" te Hellebroek, grenzend aan Peter Retersbach en Lijntgen Roijcx, alsmede ca. een halve morgen weiland aldaar gelegen, grenzend aan de pastorie van Nuth en het voornoemde stuk land, welke weide was belast met een half vat rogge aan de pastoor van Nuth.
RAL-LvO 7082, 158v: Op 12 mei 1622 vond een goederenruil plaats tussen Corstgen Crijns, gehuwd met Catharina Timmers, en Jan Nuchelmans. Corstgen Crijns gaf een morgen weiland te Hellebroek onder Nuth, grenzend aan Corstgen Wijngardts en de erfgenamen Geurt Ubachs. In ruil gaf Jan Nuchelmans een morgen weiland te Hellebroek, in welke weide het huis van Corstgen Crijns gelegen was. De lasten op deze weide, zijnde een kwart smout en een kop haver aan de kerk van Wijnandsrade, alsmede twee oort cijns en twee keuren bij overlijden, bleven bij Jan Nuchelmans.
