In 1775 komen Kors W. Pater, sijn vrouw Fransije Clasen, 8 kindere Klaes, Jantije, Errisije, Willem, Jan, Wulfer, Cornelis en Maria met attestatie van Woudenberg (Herv. Gem. Scherpenzeel 167; Kasboek diaconie 1763-1819, fol. 66; 1775).
In 1785 wonen de erven Cors Pater op Gooswilligen (Arch. Grote Kerk Scherpenzeel 209, inning garfkoren; sept. 1785).
Fransje Klaasen, wed. Cors Pater en Klaas Corse Pater, jm., kopen voor f 2800,= van Hendrik Druijff het erf Kleijn Rooiwinkel, bestaande uit twee lenen. Tiendplichtig. Belast met een half schepel boekweit aan de predikant en een spint boekweit aan de koster van Scherpenzeel. De pachters mogen hun pachttijd volmaken. (Leenboek Huis Scherpenzeel 146, fol. 203vo; 25-06-1795).
Hendrik van Voorst, bouwman, won. Elst onder Rhenen, verkoopt voor 2000 gulden aan Lammer van Barneveld, bouwman, won. bij de Haspel onder Veenendaal, een hofsteedje genaamd Klein Rooiwinkel, met huis nr. 155, bakhuis, schuur, twee korenbergen en ca. 7 bunder bouwland en 7 bunder weiland. Noord: Heintjeskamp, ooste en zuid: Groot Rooiwinkel, west: Ebbenhorst. En een hoek heiveld, ca. 3 bunder en een heiveld, gemeenschappelijk met de heer Scheltus, onder Scherpenzeel. Noord: Groot Orel, zuid: Groot Rooiwinkel, oost: Wittenoord, west: Heintjeskamp. 700 gulden betalen op 22-02-1828 en de resterende 1300 gulden over zes jaar. TvA: op 06-06-1826 gekocht van de erven van Klaas Pater, not. W. van Ginkel Janszoon te Veenendaal. (HUA; Notarissen 2295, nr. 1391, not. W. van Ginkel Janszoon te Veenendaal; 27-11-1827).
