In 1881 kocht van Delden de Stinkmolen III van Hendrik Jan van Oorspronk en droeg de twee molens in 1897 over aan zijn zoons Hendrik Jan en Johannes Jan van Delden Mz., die de molens inbrachten in de toen opgerichte firma M. van Delden Johsz. De molen aan de westzijde van de Grift werd in 1908 van G.J. Bomhoff gekocht. Wij vermeldden reeds, dat de molens in de dertiger jaren werden stilgelegd, daarna gesloopt.

In 1881 heeft Marten van Delden Johsz. ook deze Stinkmolen gekocht, van de zoon van Jacobus van Oorspronk, Hendrik Jan. In 1873 had van Delden de Stinkmolen II verworven en toen in 1908 ook de Stinkmolen I van Bomhoff werd gekocht, waren de drie molens in één hand gekomen. Van Delden beperkte zich aanvankelijk tot de fabricage van schrenspapier, maar specialiseerde zich later onder de firmanaam M. van Delden Johz. in de fabricage van bord en karton. In 1912 werd op stoomkracht overgegaan. Op den duur is het water van de Grift door verontreiniging, veroorzaakt door de vele wasserijen, voor de papierfabricage ongeschikt geworden. In 1931-1932, toen Marten van Deldens zoons de 65 jaren reeds gepasseerd waren, is het bedrijf stilgelegd. De molens werden eigendom van de gemeente Apeldoorn en werden, ten behoeve van de riolering, in 1937-1939 gesloopt.

In maart 1897 verkocht Bomhoff de molen aan zijn zoon G.J. Bomhoff, die in april 1908 de molen overdeed aan de firma Marten van Delden Johsz., die reeds eigenaresse was van de twee andere Stinkmolens. Bomhoff vestigde zich toen op de Middelste Molen in Loenen. De oude molens, door Tholen zo prachtig in tekening vastgehouden, hebben in de eerste decennia van de twintigste eeuw nog gewerkt, maar er werd toen alleen schrenspapier en karton vervaardigd. Omstreeks de dertiger jaren is het gehele complex stilgelegd. In 1937 is de eerste, in 1939 de tweede molen gesloopt, onmiddellijk na de oorlog verdwenen de laatste restanten van de derde molen.
