1726 Febr. 14 Benjamin Blijdenstein geeft aan een gaarden gekogt te hebben van de Wed. Hoedemaker voor ƒ 37, liggende binnen ons stads wigbold.
1726 Benjamin krijgt ƒ 3212,- uit de nalatenschap van zijn moeder Maria Paschen.
1728 Resolutien van Ridderschap en Steden der Staten van Overijssel 1728 Maart 15. ·ÄúOp de requeste van Abraham Strik, Burgemeester, Jacob Lasonder, Laurens Bekker, Hermen en Jan van Lochum, Berent en Benjamin Blijdenstein, Rudolph Lasonder, Lambert en Yzak Naber, remonstrerende, dat wel voornemens waren eene fabryk van bombasyden, diemetten, streepjes, marseiltjes en kalaminken in het quartier van Twente op te rigten: dat daartoe aan de ene kante een considerabel captiaal sullen moeten aanleggen, als voornemens zijnde om dese fabryk in soo verre te extenderen, dat daarmee ten minsten 1500, soo geen 2000 menschen klein en groot sullen werk geven, en aan de andere kant vresen, dat baatsoekende menschen den goeden uitslag (welke vooralsnog onseker is) ziende dit selve werk of fabryk sullen bij de hand nemen en mitsdien te dugten was, dat die hun supplianten beste werkvolk, als met grote kosten en moeite wel onderwesen is, sullen onttrekken, of haar noodzaken meer loon te geven, als het werk lijden kan, behalve andere inconvenienten meer, welke sulke gevallen na sig slepen en beide meesten tijd bederven: Versoekende dat haat Ed. Mogenden haar supplianten geliven te verlenen octroy om de voorzegde fabryk in den quartier van Twente met uitsluitinge van alle andere op sekere convenabele poenen tegens de overtreders te stationeren te mogen oefenen of te doen oefenen. Om redenen bij requeste vermeld word aan de supplianten geaccordeerd octroy voor vijftien jaren om de fabryken bij de requeste gemeld in het quartier van Twente alleen, met uitsluitinge van alle andere te mogen exerceren, mits en onder conditie dat sodanige ingesetenen van gemelte quartier, welke enige der voorz. fabryken tegenswoordig maken, daar bij sullen vermogen te continueren.·Äù
1741 wordt de nalatenschap van Willem ten Cate en Judith ten Cate, schoonouders van Benjamin, verkocht, waaruit door Benjamin wordt gemijnd het amelink voor ƒ 5510, het Annink voor ƒ 6020, een hoogen gaarden met een huisje daarop tusschen de erven B. Paschen en A. Wagelaar voor ƒ 230.
1743 Sept. 23 Gerrit en Lucas Keyser in Driene verkoopen aan Benjamin Blijdenstein X Trijntje ten Cate hun huis met recht op grond in de Drijner Marke bij het Annink.
1744 Sr. Benjamin Blijdenstein voor rekening en ten behoeve der Mennoniten gemeente alhier neemt hypotheek op de katerstede ·Äúde Halve Wereld·Äù in de Twekkeler Marke.
1748 Na de dood van zijn (eerste) vrouw keert Benjamin Blijdenstein ƒ 10.000,- uit aan haar erfgenamen.
1777 Acte van scheiding van de boedel van Benjamin groot ƒ 47.434-3
