1802-06-20/ 2067 fol.21-22: Kwijtschelding van huis en erf zuidzijde Noorderstraat, door Stoffel Stoffelen senior en huisvrouw Antje (?) Cornelisdr te Egmond aan Zee aan Pieter Bruyn te Egmond aan de Hoef; prijs f 100,- voldaan met de doding van de hypotheek van 26 sept. 1795, met de volgende voorwaarden:
a) koper betaalt de drie-jarige verpondingslast,
b) verkopers zoon en de komende drie jaren wonen in het huis zonder huur te betalen,
c) koper behoud het recht om de achterwoning te laten opmaken en bewoonbaar maken en laat verkopers daar zonder huur hun leven lang in wonen, terwijl de voorwoning verhuurd mag worden en
d) reparaties van het achterhuis op kosten van verkopers.
