Bij de transporten van deze kamer werd vermeld dat de eigenaar het recht had om aan de achterzijde over de Burggracht te gaan door de schuur van Dirck Jacobs Backer te gaan die in B213 (kad 105) woonde. In 1746 was de schuur gesloopt, maar de vrije achteruitgang bleef behouden.
1745 - 1746 De kamer werd voor f 200, gekocht door Willem Mees van Leeuwen/van der Vis, die in 1722 trouwde met Meijs Pieters Breda. In 1746 werden hun twee dochtertjes Martje en Trijntje in het weesthuis geplaatst.
