Verkooping ten verve van Jacob Derks Knol, landbouwer op Ernstheem onder Maarhuizen en Siert Reindets Wiersema landbouwer op den Hoorn, uit de nalatenschappen van wijlen Enje Derks Knol en Trijnitje Reinders Wiersema, ehel. te Adorp en aldaar overleden, van eene welbetimmerde capitale boereplaats met annexen, geteekend no. 1 met de altoosdurende en onopzegbare beklemming van plm. 33 bunders, 8 roeden en 50 ellen en 8 palmen groen en bouwland, huur aan Mevr. Wed. Koning te Groningen 200 gulden met en benevens de vaste altoosdurende en onopzegbare beklemming van plm. 22 bunders, 38 roeden, 59 ellen en 2 palmen groen en bouwland, huur doende aan Jacob Derks Knol, hiervoren genoemd, 138 gulden, alles staande en gelegen te Adorp en de legersteden aldaar bij de plaats behorende; verkocht aan Siert Remders Wiersema voor 11.090 gulden, den welken de halfscheid van het verkogte zelven toebehoort.
