    Van Welgedacht komt Hendrikus om te gaan samenwerken met zijn broer Marten Cornelis in de firma Gebroeders Sanders. Er kwam een stoomketel en een pakmachine waarop dagelijks 300 kg papier gemaakt kon worden.
    In 1902 wordt de directie van de firma overgedragen aan de zoon Willem Andries en een zoon van Martin Cornelis, die dezelfde naam heeft als zijn vader.
    In 1903 kopen de twee neven een tweede papiermachine. Er werd toen 3500 kg papier per dag gemaakt.
