== Biography ==Elizabeth Winslow was born in Plymouth County, in what is now Massachusetts. Her father was the third governor of Plymouth, and a very notable Puritan Migrant. She was married twice, to Robert Brooks and George Corwin. She had at least three children. In spring of 1698 she died.
== Research Note ==In his 1831 ''History of Scituate, Massachusetts, from its first settlement to 1831,'' Samuel Deane claimed that Elizabeth Winslow, daughter of Gov. Edward Winslow married ''Gilbert'' Brooks. Robert Charles Anderson asserts in ''The Great Migration'' that this claim is wrong.
