Oorzaak: Opm: Ongehuwd, blijft wonen op Musselweg 13
Op 7 januari 1875 verkoopt zijn vader Hindrik Timmer het beklemrecht met huis aan de Musselweg 13 en ca. 3,5 ha land aan zijn zoon Jozef voor ƒ1700,- (bron RHC GrA 2207-6264-10)
in bij zijn kinderen Jozef en Helena Timmer, net als drie kinderen van zus Maria Catharina Timmer.if;">Het is heel wat jaren later als Jozef en Helena Timmer hun hele hebben en houden op 3 augustus 1906 verkopen aan Johannes Henricus (Heinrich) Schutte. Het gaat niet alleen om hun woning op Musselweg 13 maar ook om het huis op Musselweg 18. Verder nog ca.11 ha grond, alle veld vruchten, levende have, boerengereedschappen, mest (was goud waard in de tijd dat er geen kunstmest was), meubelen en andere lichamelijke roerende goederen, “niets uitgezonderd”! Het gaat allemaal weg voor ƒ9000. Van dat bedrag gaat ƒ5000 naar Jozef en de rest naar zijn zus Helena, maar voorlopig krijgen ze niets betaald. Heinrich Schutte leent als het ware hun bezit en betaald daarvoor jaarlijks 4% rente aan de verkopers (bron:RHCGrA120-49-1481). Voor Jozef en Helena is het waarschijnlijk dus een oude-dags-voorziening. Ze blijven tot aan hun dood inwonen bij de familie Heinrich Schutte.eight: 15.6933px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Musselweg 13 is volgens een kadaster tekening uit 1911 dan nog een klein huisje, zeker geen boerderij.">
