FULTON, Ill. — Services for John Vredeling, 84, Fulton, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Fulton Chapel of Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fulton Township Cemetery.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Vredeling died Friday, Jan. 25, 2002, at Harbor Crest Nursing Home, Fulton.
He was employed for 36 years by Allied Steel Company, Clinton.
He was born Feb. 27, 1917, in Whiteside County. He married Marie Buikema in 1940 in Clinton. She died in 2000.
Memorials may be made to the nursing home.
Survivors include sister-in-laws, Sylvia Buikema, Albany, and Wilma Dykstra, Fulton.
