18.04.1731 Inventory and sharing at the death of Christina RIDTERin,
between her widower Johannes STADTER, living in Linthal and their 4
children: Niclauss, Andres, Johannes and Barbara, al of them STUDER
and STUDERin. Gardian: Joseph SCHAFFHUSSER. There is no marriage
contract. There is a verbal agreement to share all the goods in two
egal parts.
- a house, barn, cowshed, courtyard and 'Hauwel' in the village of
Linthal. Situated between Andres TSCHENN and Johannes RIDTER,
upstairs the woods and downstairs 'l'Allemende weg'. All of this is
bought during the marriage.
- Fields: c. 3,5 'Tauen' in Hilsen, Spittelmatt, Richmatt and Merckh
in Lautenbach-Zell. One field in Kippel rein.
- Cattle: 1 horse and harnass, 2 cows, 1 young ox, 3 goats, 1 pig, 2
chickens and 1 cock.

4.1.1736 Inventaire et partage au décès of Christian LIPP and Anna
Maria STHEHLIN, 'conjoints' (married couple) from Belchenthal,
between Hanns Jacob STUDTER, last spouse of the mentioned Anna Maria
STEHLIN and the other heritors:
- Dominique BURGER, 'sergent au Régiment de may'
- Joseph HUNOLT
- Ignati FROIDVOIX
All three also heritors of the heritage ZINCK (grandparents of
Christian LIPP and Anna Maria STEHLIN). Present is Johannes STUDTER,
son of Hans Jacob mentioned above. He tells that Christian LIPP has
died about 51 years ago and Anne Marie STEHLIN has died about 44
years ago. Hans Jacob STUDTER declares that there was made a marriage
contract between him and the mentioned Anna Maria STEHELIN, but that
this acte has been lost.
The heritage consist of an old house in the Belchenthal. There has to
be paid a 'demi-mesure' of oil to the church of St. Sixte.

The son Joseph presents a contract dated 16.3.1761 between the
deceased, the widow and himself that stipulates he will inherit all
the goods for the sum of 400 livres Tournois. There's a list of all
the goods.

livres Tournois, Barbara STUDTER from Rimbach 20 livres Tournois,
