- as burial place he wishes the place where his ancesters are burried
- he makes a legacy to his sons Jacques and Joseph and his daughter

- he asks his children to celebrate 12 messes in 'CloÑitre des
Capucines' in Belfort and 4 messes in the parish of Bretten for the
rest of his soul
