Mrs. Ollie Elizabeth Hazen, 59, of 867 Princeton avenue, died at 5:52 a.m. Wednesday, Jan 13, at Bethesda Hospital where she had been a patient for two months.
Mrs. Hazen was born Sept. 8, 1911 in Zanesville, a daughter of James and Inez Smith Forker and last worked at the Veterans Administration office here. She was a member of the Market Street Baptist Church, Chapter 52 Order of Easter Star, the White Shrine of Jerusalem and the American Business Women's Association.
Surviving are her husband, Ralph; five sisters, Mrs. Boyd (Mary) Keefer of Mansfield, Mrs. Alta Huey of 837 Princeton avenue, Mrs. Ben (Dorothy) Clift of 827 Princeton avenue, Mrs. Myron (Alma) Mautz of 837 Leonard avenue and Miss Eleanor Forker of 2103 Linden avenue; four brothers, James Forker of Newark, Perry of Coopermill road, Charles of 306 Chewla street and Bernard of Euclid and a number of nieces and nephews.
The body was taken to Bryan Funeral Home where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Friday. Eastern Star service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.

Services for Mrs. Ollie Elizabeth Hazen, 59, of 867 Princeton avenue, who died Wednesday, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bryan Funeral Home with Rev. Ewing P. Bates officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park. Pallbearers, all newphews, will be Robert, James, Richard, Benny, Thomas and Gene Huey. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.,. today at the funeral home where Zanesville Chapter 52, OES, will hold ritualistic services at 7:30 p.m. today.
