  Mesman, June June Thelma Mesman (Vander Markt), age 92, of Hudsonville, MI has passed away to her heavenly home to be with Jesus and her loved ones on Thursday, July 5, 2018. June was preceded in death by her first husband, Cornelius "Neil" Vander Markt and her second husband, Gerard Mesman. She will be greatly missed by her sons Larry Vander Markt (Sally Knight), Gary (Barb) Vander Markt; grandchildren Derek Vander Markt, Karri (Joe) Jablonski, Brad Vander Markt, Jolene Workman; great-grandchildren Austin, Ashton, Josey, Jacob, Lola, Brooklyn, Levi; special family friend, Judy (Casey) DeJong; sibling, Henrietta Brinks; sisters-in-law Wilma Vredevoogd, Gesena Scholma, Ruth (Bill) Roon, Millie (Jack) VanderLaan, Marie Boomsma; brother-in-law, Rich (Maxine) Vander Markt; and many beloved nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express special thanks to Carlyn (Gordy) Brinks and all the staff of Emmanuel Hospice for their loving and compassionate care. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI. Relatives and friends may meet June's family 6-8 PM, Monday, July 9 at the funeral home (West building.) In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of June to Faith Community CRC "Building Fund" or Emmanuel Hospice.
