PROCTORVILLE, Ohio - A Huntington man was killed Saturday afternoon in a wreck on Ohio 775 about 12 miles north of Proctorville, according to a dispatcher for vthe Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The victim was identified as James Dillistone, 33, of Huntington. He was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Rebecca Carpenter, 38, of Waterloo.
She was headed northbound. The crash was reported at 2:23 p.m. Saturday.
John Lemaster, a South Point, Ohio, area resident, was headed northbound. The two vehicles collided, and one of them struck a tree.
Dillistone was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, where he was pronounced dead.
