Zij heeft/had een relatie met Mrr von Waldbott Bassenheim.
Kaethe Countess von Waldbott Bassenheim, former Zmiedzinka, née Hahn, was born on January 8th, 1892 in Berlin-Tiergarten as the daughter of the Jewish dentist Paul Hahn. The mother died early and Kaethe grew up in educational institutions. She was an energetic, recalcitrant girl who sought many contacts and who always came into conflict with the ideas of how to bring up girls at the time. Her father had her incapacitated in 1923. Nevertheless, she managed to train as an art photographer in the Lettehaus. The two marriages plunged her completely into misery. She contracted syphilis, took opium and was interned several times. Nevertheless, she always managed to stand on her own two feet.
In 1933 Wilhelmine Cruys met and fell in love with the lively Kaethe von Bassenheim. She is five years younger and full of ideas on how women can earn money during this time, especially in the trendy district of Schoeneberg, where everything still seems possible despite the Nazis.
In 1934 Kaethe von Bassenheim moved to Wilhelmine Cruys in MotzStr. 5 Schoeneberg, Germany. They had an intense love affair until their arrest in November 1938, only interrupted by the opium withdrawal of the Bassenheim in Wittenau in 1935/36.
