Red Willow is a hamlet in central Alberta, Canada within the County of Stettler No. 6. It is located on Highway 850, approximately 16 kilometres northeast of Stettler and 14 kilometres south of Donalda. It has an elevation of 785 metres . The hamlet is located in census division No. 7 and in the federal riding of Crowfoot.
