Grudynia Wielka is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pawłowiczki, within Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 22 km south-west of Kędzierzyn-Koźle and 49 km south of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany and the village was known as Groß-Grauden.
